Christopher Scott are re-branding the Yarmouth Office of Kingston & Grist to operate from the end of May as Christopher Scott with Kingston & Grist.
Both companies are sister companies with common ownership, but offer clients different services. This group is part of the largest multi-disciplined property practice on the Isle of Wight. They are now joining forces in Yarmouth to be able to offer West Wight properties as joint agents at the price of a sole agency agreement. Coupled with this is the connection of a network of offices in Cowes and Wootton covering the rest of the Island.

Duncan Willard, a resident of Yarmouth, is an Associate Director of Christopher Scott. He will move to the Yarmouth Office to help run this new arrangement working with Ken Grist and Pat Stevenson. Jason Siviter, a Director of Kingston & Grist, will continue to run the Freshwater Office.
