Super tasty, juicy IOW corn is a hit with all the family
New season Island corn on the cob is now available from the Real Island Food Company and that’s a relief as my children are forever asking for it! A golden yellow colour, juicy and bursting with sunshine (even if it is raining outside!), corn on the cob for tea, dinner party starter, vegetable side, or bbq is a hit all round. Not only that, it’s good for you. It doesn’t get much better than that!
Slather your cobs in butter (we like garlic butter from The Garlic Farm) and top with a grind of black pepper and sea salt for one of the very best seasonal treats. Wrap half cobs (spread with butter and sprinkled with lime zest or chilli flakes) and oven bake or bbq.
