Lucy Mcardle at the Kings Manor Farm Cafe
Lucy Mcardle is a naturally talented chef who has embraced her new position as head chef at the new Kings Manor Farm Cafe and Farm Shop creating seasonal dishes with flair from local sourced ingredients.
Lucy’s career in catering came about by accident when she filled in for an absent cook when she worked in the Pier View, Cowes. She was quickly taken on in the kitchen and learnt quickly from reading and watching other cooks. Highly recommended are Lucy’s sumptuous steak and kidney pies made using Kings Manor Beef, these are available in the cafe or ready to cook at home from the shop.
