Brading Haven Yacht Club
Brading Haven Yacht Club is a members’ club. It was created in 1950 by a group of like minded people for the purpose of supporting sailing, cruising, racing and sail training. The club is run by a team of Flag Officers; Commodore, Vice Commodore and Rear Commodores who chair the various committees which manage the club’s affairs and activities under the Management Committee. All Flag Officers and the members of the Management Committee are elected by the members at the AGM. Membership currently stands at over 1000, and several hundred are cadets and young people.
